WARRIOR PRECISION
Warrior Precision is a company that is privately owned and specialises in U-Tube bundle bending or any special bending required by clients. We cater for clients within the heat exchanger, pre-condenser, pre-heaters as well as other applications.
All tubes are formed and bent in accordance with the requirements of TEMA RCB-2.31, ASME SA 688, DIN 28179 or according to customer requirements. We ensure that tube bundles are protected and treated with the utmost care when handling.
We bend any materials that the client may need namely
Carbon Steel, Stainless steel, Duplex, Nickel Alloy and Titanium Alloys. The risks that are inherent with corrosion and in many times carbon contamination will be avoided for clients.
Any special tooling that is required for custom bundle is done in-house at an additional cost. Any special tool of any size can be made.

All U-tubes will be packed and marked correctly according to customer specification in order to avoid damages or changes in radii.
Custom marking on tags will allow the fabricator easier and quicker reference on the workshop floor and greater efficiency in identifying sizes
Clients will receive a specification booklet including a Quality Control Plan in accordance with specifications we adhere to. The specification book will give detailed data of every single bend carried out on a project.
If customers require prompt service, that can be arranged with consultation of management. This will have different cost implications with rapid turn around times.
